Do you ship internationally?
We offer shipping to all US states, including Hawaii and Alaska.
What happens if my package gets lost?
All items purchased from Twintails.pet are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Do you ship P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
No – we are unable to ship to P.O boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Do I need to be there to sign for it?
No – If you're not home, the driver will attempt to leave your package at your doorstep, in a designated delivery location, inside your mailbox, or with your doorman.
What is the status of my order?

How long does it take to get my order?
Most orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days. Please note that backordered items may take longer to ship.
